Dubai has the world’s tallest building.
Hong Kong has the most skyscrapers.
Very tall. Very big. The centerpiece of a city. Those words define a skyscraper. A skyscraper is a building over 300 feet (91 meters). However in most big cities in the US and Asia, like New York (background), there are buildings way taller. There is an even taller classification for buildings over 984 feet, supertalls, and a classification for skyscrapers even bigger (over 1969 feet), megatalls. The tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa is 2717 feet tall. That’s over half a mile.
That made me wonder about skyscrapers. I started to study statistics of skyscrapers, and make YouTube videos about them. Definitely check out my YouTube channel: Skyscraper and City Lists, as well as this website.
